Kamyab Jawan Program 2023 Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the Kamyab Jawan program to provide young Pakistanis with educational skills and civil society opportunities.

The Kamyab Jawan The completed business agenda called “youth engagement” promotes career opportunities and the growth of small and medium businesses 100 billion over five years.

The Youth Entrepreneurship Program provides affordable corporate loans to young entrepreneurs to support the SME sector in six Kamyab Jawab flagship projects.

Thanks to the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, a powerful wave of empowerment is sweeping across the country, ensuring that no dream goes unfulfilled. By harnessing the potential of our bright and ambitious youth, this program lays the foundation for a prosperous and innovative Pakistan.

No interest is given on the loans. Loans can be used to start a new business or grow an existing business. The program was developed with the assistance of three Directorates-General:

  • Pakistan Poverty Reduction Fund (PPAF)
  •  National Bank of Pakistan (SBP)
  •  Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Authority (SMEDA)

The Punjab State Bank works together with the three largest banks.

  • National Bank of Pakistan
  •  Bank of Punjab
  •  Khyber Bank

Eligibility Requirements:

  • For men/women/transgender people with CNIC creative age groups 21-45 years old. The minimum age for companies involved in IT/e-commerce is 18 years.
  •  According to the age limits listed above, all enterprises are defined by the SBP and owned by young people (start-ups and existing enterprises).
  •  IT / eCommerce companies require imagination and at least six months of experience.

25% of loans go to women.

Loan type:

  • working capital loans

Loan period:

1 – 8 years, full extension up to 1 year

Debt to quality ratio:

  • The application form is available from the mentioned banks for the Kamyab Jawan program 2023. 
  •  The state is open in English and Urdu and needs the necessary information in a simple format.
  •  Fill in the form and send it to the same bank where you received the form.
  •  It takes up to 15 days to process the application form.
