On behalf of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Punjab Dhee Rani Program has been initiated to assist underprivileged girls with marriage expenses. As part of this initiative, families of 3,000 girls from low-income households in Punjab will receive a gift of Rs 100,000 as Salami and Rs 206,000 in dowry items. The dowry package includes the Holy Quran, prayer mat, a wooden double bed with a mattress, kitchenware, a dinner set, and more. The bride will receive the Rs 100,000 Salami via an ATM card.
Registration for the Punjab Dhee Rani Program is now open, and an online portal has been launched to facilitate the process. Parents wishing to secure the Rs 100,000 Salami and dowry for their daughters are urged to register as soon as possible. The entire registration process is conducted online, ensuring convenience and avoiding any potential embarrassment.

- Visit the Punjab Dhee Rani Program portal at cmp.punjab.gov.pk.
- Enter your name, CNIC number, district, tehsil, gender, mobile network, contact number, and email address. Then, create a password and press the registration button.
- After creating an account, log in using your credentials to complete the registration.

Dhee Rani Program Online Registration Process
After logging into the Punjab Dhee Rani Program Portal, you will see the user dashboard and the registration form, which includes the following six steps:
Step 1:
Enter the bride’s personal details, such as name, CNIC number, date of birth, age, education, place of birth, religion, nationality, and disability status (if applicable). After completing this, click “Save” and “Next.”

Step 2:
Input the bride’s parent or guardian information, including the names, CNIC numbers, and contact details of both parents or guardians. After entering the required information, click “Save” and “Next.”
Step 3:
Fill in the groom’s details, including his name, CNIC number, date of birth, age, and education. Once completed, press “Save” and “Next.”
Step 4:
Enter the groom’s parent or guardian details, including names, CNIC numbers, contact information, and income sources. After entering this information, click “Save” and “Next.”
Step 5:
Upload the necessary documents, including photos of the bride, the front and back of the bride’s and groom’s CNICs, and the CNICs of both sets of parents. Once the documents are uploaded, press “Save” and “Next.”
Step 6:
In the final step, you will complete an affidavit confirming the following:
- The bride is unmarried and has no criminal record.
- Participation in the program is voluntary.
- The applicant agrees to attend the mass marriage ceremony.
- All provided information and documents are accurate.
After confirming the affidavit, press the “Submit” button. Your application will then be sent for government verification. Once verified, you will receive a notification via SMS. The verification process can also be completed by visiting the office of the Deputy Director.
