- Bookings for machinery must be made with approved firms within 10 days of the allotment letter’s issuance, or the financial assistance will be canceled.
- The machinery cannot be sold or transferred within four years after acquisition.
- The applicant must complete one-day training on machinery maintenance under the Assistant Agriculture Engineer or Director of Agriculture Engineering.

- Submit the completed form to the Assistant Agriculture Engineer’s office of the respective district, along with the required documents, including a Rs. 300 stamp paper affidavit.
