- Send it to 8123
- You will receive a reply confirming your eligibility
3. Check via 8171 BISP Portal
- Go to 8171.bisp.gov.pk
- Enter your CNIC or form number
- Fill the captcha code and submit
- Your eligibility details will appear on the screen
Ehsaas Rashan Program Eligibility Criteria 2025
To qualify for the Ehsaas Rashan Riayat Program, applicants must meet these conditions:
- Household income less than Rs. 20,000 per month
- No government employee in the family
- No significant land or property ownership
- Poverty score below 25%
- Not already receiving full support from BISP
Required Documents
Applicants need the following documents for registration:
- Original CNIC of household head
- Mobile phone number registered in your name
- Proof of address (utility bill)
- Details of household members
Registration Methods
1. SMS Registration (8171 / 8123)
Send your CNIC number via SMS to 8171 or 8123. You will get a confirmation message about your eligibility.
2. Ehsaas Registration Centers
Visit the nearest Ehsaas Registration Center with your CNIC and documents. Officials will guide you through the process.
3. Online Portal / Mobile App
You can also register through the Ehsaas Punjab Web Portal or by downloading the Ehsaas Rashan Riayat App from Google Play Store.
Shopkeeper Registration
The Government has partnered with Bank of Punjab (BOP) and National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) for merchant registration. Shopkeepers can visit these banks with required documents to join the program and provide subsidized goods.
