Chief Minister Transport Program
Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, inaugurated the Chief Minister Transport Program for Women, a significant initiative focused on promoting women education in Punjab. This program seeks to enhance transport facilities for girls colleges throughout the province, particularly assisting students from distant areas in accessing quality education without the hurdle of transportation difficulties.
At the inauguration event, Maryam Nawaz Sharif handed over the keys to 76 new buses, designated for principals of various women’s colleges. These buses will specifically serve colleges in areas with limited public transportation. Additionally, she engaged with students and inspected the buses, ensuring they adequately meet the students’ needs.
