- This program is for deserving and deserving individuals.
- Your income must be less than 30 thousand rupees.
- Your family must have more than six members.
- No family member should have a government job.
- No family member should work abroad.
- Your bank account balance should be zero.
- You should not own any vehicle or personal property.
- Your land area should be less than two acres.

New Registration SMS Code
The Government of Pakistan recently addressed complaints about incorrect codes. Dr. Amjad Saqib announced that BISP uses only one code, 8171, for registration. To register, send your National Identity Card to 8171.
No other codes are used for registration. All BISP messages come from 8171. If you receive calls or SMS from other numbers, they are likely fake.
